Winona-Ryder
Winona Ryder, professionally Winona Ryder was born in Winona Minnesota. Her parents named her Winona in honor of the town she grew up in. Michel Horowitz' father was an editor and writer, as were Cynthia Palmer and her mother. Ryder is a self-described Jewish and descends from Ryder's Jewish father. She has two younger half-siblings, Jubal and Sunyata. Ryder relocated with her family to Mendocino County California at the age of seven. The family resided in an area without electricity. Ryder began to be a committed reading book because there was no television. Ryder began taking acting lessons in the American Conservatory Theatre in 1983 at the age of 12 years old. Lucas The film from 1986 that she was in, was her debut major character. Ryder was 15 at the time she was cast. Ryder experienced bullying at high school. Ryder was hopeful that her work as an actress would bring about change. However, it didn't come happen. But that didn't stop her following her dreams. She got her break through Tim Burton's Beetlejuice in the year 1988. Ryder continued to play successful roles. In 1993, she received an Academy Award for The Age of Innocence.
