Charissa is an American Sportscaster born on 5th May, 1982. ESPN analyst was chosen as co-host of SportsNation in 2012. She hosted ABC's Splash alongside Joey Lawrence. Thompson, born and raised in Seattle Washington, hosted Splash on ABC. As the youngest of three kids, she envisioned her dream to be a journalist from when she was a young age. She studied at Inglemoor High School near Kenmore Inglemoor, Washington. Thompson was able to move to California to study at a community college as well as gain California residency. Thompson, who is a former sports journalist for Sports Illustrated, received an email requesting her body painted and be featured in a Swimsuit edition.
