As a small girl, she was pursuing a professional career. Ford Modeling Agency took her for a model in the age of a child. In the process, she quickly was recognized as one of the most sought-after child models. During her modeling career she's worked on numerous significant projects, including commercials for popular brands like Hershey's and McDonald's. As a 7-year old child actor, she began her acting career in 1997. Nickelodeon played her in Gullah Gullah Isle. There, she played Shaina.
